bates style solo seat with springs, on 03 sportster

V Twin Mfg Solo Spring Seat mounting Kit 31-4045 82-03 Harley Sportster

The seat springs are 7 to 7 1/2 inches apart (most solo seats have mounting studs 6" apart). V Twin supply an adaptor plate but to me it's crappy(only bad part of the kit).
So I went looking for a solo seat that would look good on a sportster frame.
I found a great range of solo seats by Will Crow of SBC, ebay user name awol_cool
His seats are great, and can be customized to your taste.

Washburn RR100

There were a limited number of these made in Korea in 96/97, it is the signature model for Sammy Hagar of Van Halen. It is solid mahogany and has a Duncan designed hotrail humbucker in it(amazing pickup) and also a piezo acoustic pickup, so you can get an acoustic sound(you can also blend the two). When it came out in 96 it was priced at $US950. When used as a rock guitar this functions much like a Les Paul. Grover tuners.

This is a Made in Japan ESP Maverick. With ESP hotrail humbucker, and Seymour Duncan SH6. Alder body,rock maple neck with rosewood fretboard with offset abalone inlays, 24 frets.
